ketua8 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

"ketua8" / "the Platform"	The online betting and casino platform operated under the domain ketua8.pro, including all games, software, applications, and services made available through that domain.
"We" / "Us" / "Our"	The operator of the ketua8 platform, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees.
"You" / "Player" / "User"	Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ketua8 platform in any capacity.
"Account"	The individual registered player account opened by a User on the ketua8 platform.
"Balance"	The total amount of funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
"Bonus Funds"	Any promotional credits, free spins, or conditional funds credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ketua8 prior to processing a Player's first withdrawal.
"Wagering Requirement"	The number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn as real funds.
"Restricted Activities"	Any conduct described in Clause 9 of these Terms that is prohibited on the ketua8 platform.
"Terms"	These Terms & Conditions, as amended by ketua8 from time to time in accordance with Clause 15.

2.1   By accessing the ketua8 platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ketua8 platform.

2.2   These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ketua8. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material, game-specific rules, or other documentation, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by ketua8.

2.3   These Terms should be read in conjunction with ketua8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with ketua8.

3.1   Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the ketua8 platform. This age requirement is strictly enforced. Any registration by a person under the age of 21 is void, and ketua8 reserves the right to close any account found to be held by an underage player, forfeiting any balance in accordance with Clause 6.4.

3.2   Geographic Eligibility. ketua8 is an internationally operated platform primarily serving players in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the ketua8 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ketua8 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or legal in any particular location.

3.3   Single Account. Each eligible player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the ketua8 platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a Restricted Activity under Clause 9 and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

3.4   Exclusions. The following individuals are not eligible to register an account or use the ketua8 platform: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of ketua8 or its affiliated companies; (b) individuals who are currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with ketua8; (c) individuals who have been permanently banned from ketua8 for prior violations of these Terms.

4.1   To access the full range of ketua8 services, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.

4.2   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. ketua8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3   You agree to notify ketua8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised.

4.4   ketua8 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4.5   By registering an account, you confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, that funds deposited are from a legitimate source, and that you are not using the ketua8 platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

5.1   ketua8 is required to conduct identity and age verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") on all accounts prior to processing a first withdrawal. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time if ketua8 has reasonable grounds to verify a player's identity or the source of their funds.

5.2   Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, you will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo identification document, such as a National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of Age: Your date of birth must be clearly visible on the identity document provided, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used to deposit funds.
• Source of Funds: In cases where ketua8 requires additional assurance regarding the origin of deposited funds, supporting financial documentation may be requested.

5.3   ketua8 will endeavour to complete KYC review within 48 business hours of receiving a complete document submission. Withdrawal processing will be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC. ketua8 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is deemed insufficient.

6.1   Accepted Payment Methods

ketua8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR): BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. ketua8 does not apply conversion fees; all transactions are processed in IDR at face value.

6.2   Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. ketua8 does not guarantee processing times for third-party payment systems.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the Account being reviewed.
• ketua8 reserves the right to impose a maximum deposit limit at its discretion, including as part of responsible gaming controls.

6.3   Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to an approved alternative method confirmed during KYC.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during standard processing hours. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed on a near-instant basis.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed in accordance with Clause 5.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully met before the relevant funds may be withdrawn. Real-money funds not subject to a wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time, subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds and KYC clearance.

6.4   Account Closure & Forfeiture

In the event that ketua8 closes an account for breach of these Terms — including but not limited to underage play, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or money laundering — any real-money balance in the account will be returned to the registered payment method following identity verification. Any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited in full.

7.1   ketua8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, including any applicable wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps.

7.2   Welcome Bonus. New players who make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. 7.3   General Bonus Rules. The following rules apply to all bonuses at ketua8 unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Only one bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any given time unless ketua8 explicitly states that multiple bonuses may be combined.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the completion of the applicable wagering requirement.
• ketua8 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time if it has reason to believe the offer is being exploited, abused, or claimed in bad faith.
• Players who are subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period are not eligible to receive or wager any bonus during that period.
• Bonuses are forfeited in full upon account closure, whether initiated by the player or by ketua8, if the applicable wagering requirement has not been fully met at the time of closure.

8.1   All bets placed on the ketua8 sportsbook and all wagers placed in the casino, card game, and slots sections of the platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to that market or game type. These rules are accessible within the platform at the point of play.

8.2   Sportsbook. Sports betting odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Bets are accepted on the odds displayed at the precise moment the bet is submitted. ketua8 covers BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and other major sporting events. In-play betting is available on selected markets. ketua8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an error in the odds has occurred, or where the outcome has already been determined at the time of bet placement.

8.3   Live Casino. Live dealer games are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game outcomes are determined by the live dealer or physical game equipment in real time. Any technical disconnection during a live game round will be resolved in accordance with the provider's documented disconnection policy, which is made available within each game lobby.

8.4   Slots & RNG Games. All random number generator (RNG) games on the ketua8 platform are independently tested and certified for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is disclosed in the game's information panel. Past results do not influence future outcomes.

8.5   Card Games. Traditional Indonesian card games including Sakong and Capsa Susun are governed by the specific rule sets displayed within each game lobby. ketua8 reserves the right to void any round of play in which a software or system error has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ketua8 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, any outstanding balance may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Underage gambling: Registering for or using the ketua8 platform while under 21 years of age.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated betting patterns, use of multiple accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion's terms.
• Money laundering: Using the ketua8 platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Match-fixing and collusion: Placing bets with knowledge of a pre-determined outcome, or colluding with other players in any casino or card game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Software exploitation: Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the ketua8 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access, probe, or test the security of the ketua8 platform through hacking, reverse engineering, or any other unauthorised method.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider for funds that have been legitimately wagered on the ketua8 platform.

10.1   All content on the ketua8 platform — including but not limited to the ketua8 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive property of ketua8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ketua8 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any ketua8 content without prior written authorisation from ketua8.

10.3   Third-party game content provided by studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. ketua8 operates these games under valid licensing agreements with those providers.

11.1   The ketua8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ketua8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ketua8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

11.2   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ketua8's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player to their ketua8 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

11.3   ketua8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, even if ketua8 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11.4   Gambling involves inherent financial risk. ketua8 provides a platform for entertainment — it does not guarantee any winnings, profits, or return on any bet or wager. Players accept full financial responsibility for their betting and gaming decisions.

12.1   ketua8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all player interactions on the platform. All players are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in the Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

12.2   Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon verification of the request by the ketua8 support team. During a self-exclusion period, the player's Account will be restricted from all play, deposits, and promotional communications. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure.

12.3   ketua8 complies with applicable age verification obligations. Any Account found to be held by a player under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and the matter will be reviewed in accordance with Clause 6.4.

13.1   ketua8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has violated these Terms; (b) the Account has been used for fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) the player has provided false information during registration or KYC; or (d) suspension or closure is required to protect the integrity of the platform or other players.

13.2   Player-Initiated Closure. A player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting ketua8's support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds not subject to a completed wagering requirement will be forfeited.

13.3   ketua8 may, at its discretion, impose a temporary restriction on an Account pending investigation of a suspected Terms violation. During a restriction period, deposits may be suspended, but real-money balance withdrawal requests will remain queued for processing upon conclusion of the investigation.

14.1   ketua8 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

14.2   By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

14.3   ketua8 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required for the delivery of platform services (e.g., payment processors, identity verification providers) or as required by applicable law.

15.1   ketua8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, ketua8 will provide reasonable notice to active players via the registered email address associated with their Account, or via a notification displayed on the ketua8 platform upon login.

15.2   Your continued use of the ketua8 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the ketua8 platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.2.

15.3   The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

16.1   These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles applicable to the jurisdiction in which ketua8 is licensed and operated. ketua8 is licensed and regulated internationally as disclosed in the platform footer.

16.2   Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising between you and ketua8 in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, ketua8 encourages you to contact the support team in the first instance with a written description of your complaint. ketua8 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days.

16.3   If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution in the governing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.

16.4   Nothing in this Clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia to the extent those rights cannot be contractually excluded.
